Before any drafting begins, we build the structural map of the piece — the order the ideas need to unfold in for a reader to arrive where you want them to. You review and approve it before writing starts.

3. First-Draft Writing

A complete first draft, scoped to your agreed project length, written from the approved outline and matched to your authentic voice — not a generic house style.

4. One Structured Revision Round

You give feedback using a structured revision form, and that feedback is incorporated in a single dedicated revision pass — not an open-ended back-and-forth.

Every draft goes through a voice-match process. The goal is never a generic "professional" tone — it's your own voice, sharpened and put into complete sentences.

What if I need more than one revision round?

One structured revision round is included. Additional rounds are available as an add-on — just let us know during the discovery call or once you've seen the first draft.

The starting price covers a standard-length single deliverable. Final investment scales with word count, research depth, and the number of pieces included — always confirmed in your proposal before you commit.
