Holistic Mastery 10-Week Intensive

A structured, cohort-based transformation program that develops all four master pillars simultaneously - with weekly live coaching, peer accountability, and a custom 90-day action plan delivered at graduation.

The Holistic Mastery 10-Week Intensive is the flagship transformation program of the HLD ecosystem. It is a live, cohort-based experience spanning ten weeks and covering all four pillars of the Holistic Mastery framework - Personal, Professional, Business, and Writing Mastery - with the depth, structure, and community accountability that self-directed learning cannot replicate. 

The Program is intentionally small. Each cohort is capped at 20 carefully reviewed participants, selected with the framework, readiness to do the work, and compatibility with the peer group being assembled. This is not an open-enrollment course - it is a curated, high-stakes experience designed to produce measurable transformation with a specific 10-week window. 

Every session is 90-minutes of live group coaching, structured around the week's curriculum topic but responsive to the live challenges and breakthroughs happening in real time for participants. Sessions are recorded and available in the course platform within 24 hours for those unable to attend live. 

The Program culminates in Week 10 with a group graduation session in which every participant builds their custom 90-Day Holistic Mastery Action Plan - a fully personalized roadmap for the next chapter of development, built with the coach and cohort as witnesses and accountability partners.

Application and enrollment

A short application is required before enrollment. Applications are reviewed within 48 hours. Accepted participants are invited to a brief 20-minute clarity call before confirming enrollment. The cohort begins within 30 days of application close.

Time Commitment 

3-4 hours per week: one 90-minute live session plus weekly assignment completion and community engagement. Live attendance is strongly encouraged; a minimum of 8-10 sessions is required for graduation and to receive the 90-Day Action Plan. 

Upgrade Path

Graduates receive a $500 credit toward 1:1 Holistic Mastery Coaching if they enroll within 60 days of their cohort's graduation date.
