What is the difference between the Workbook and the Guidebook?

The Workbook is the hand-on practice tool - 40 pages of guided exercises, journaling prompts, rating scales, and sacred writing space. You use it during your activation session with pen in hand. The Guidebook is the companion philosophy text - 7 chapters explaining the neuroscience and spiritual principles behind each movement. The Workbook is the HOW. The Guidebook is the WHY. Both are complete in themselves. Together they are something more.

Which should I start with if I buy the Bundle?

Most people find it most powerful to read the Guidebook's Foundations chapter and the chapter matching their first Movement before beginning the workbook. This gives you context that transforms the practice from a series of exercises into a coherent, intentional journey. That said - there is no wrong way. Some prefer to experience the Workbook first, then read the Guidebook to understand what happened.

Are these physical books or digital downloads?

Both are digital PDF downloads delivered instantly by mail upon purchase. They are print-optimized - many participants print them, blind them, and use them as physical books. The Workbook especially is designed to be printed and written in directly. 

Do I need spiritual experience to benefit from these?

None whatsoever. Both products are written to be accessible for anyone at any stage - from someone exploring spirituality for the first time to practitioners with decades of experience. The language is universal, practical, and grounded in both science and soul.
